​Customer Success Representative
The Customer Success Representative (CSR) is a customer advocate and post-sales support for our customers. CSR is responsible for the successful product adoption and ongoing customer success by ensuring maximum business benefits are realized through the product. 
 Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Customer Success Manager, Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to implement iDIalogue solutions
  • Act as product expert of core functionality and features beyond fundamentals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through successful product implementation, training and ongoing support
  • Provide concierge services and customize product solutions to meet customer unique business needs
  • Remove adoption roadblocks by performing light system configuration
  • Respond to customer support requests
  • Resolve Salesforce™ and iDialogue Managed Package questions and issues
  • Work closely with various teams to develop high quality documents for targeted audience
  • Draft, edit, and publish content for multiple deliverables including online help, knowledge-base, FAQs, and training materials.

Qualifications

And 3-5 years business analyst experience working with business users in understanding and documenting business requirements and processes. 3-5 years customer service and support experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills

​Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible in delivering on the customer’s overall success and drive product adoption while delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. CSM leads the customer success organization in delivering exceptional customer experience through proactive communication while orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively using the customer engagement model to align, track, and evolve the customer's business goals. 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage customer success team members and work closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to ensure successful customer onboarding and their on-going success with the iDIalogue solutions
  • Respond for meeting overall customer support performance targets, monitor customer accounts’ usage of iDialogue product and health indicators

  • Foster innovation by sharing best practices, conducting customer demos and training,  creating templates, tools and resources necessary in advancing new ways for customers to leverage iDialogue solutions to advance their digital maturity
  • Identify at-risk customer accounts and execute a retention plan which might involve negotiation, re-onboarding, customer service, sales quotes, license management, user subscriptions, and cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

​Sales Account Executive
The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is a highly motivated self-driven individual who is responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding existing customer accounts by building lasting customer relationships.  This is a full cycle sales position and an opportunity for you to be a key part of building a successful business and sales team. SAE is accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and Salesforce™ ecosystem. You will be part of a growing startup company with amazing opportunity to make uncapped earnings through base plus commission, bonuses and promotions. 
​Responsibilities
  • Grow our prospective client leads and sales by actively identifying sales opportunities, creating and managing a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and converting new business/sales leads 
  • Drive the momentum of converting sales leads from prospecting to closing. Manage all leads throughout the sales cycle to ensure all proposals, pitch presentations, demos, trials, scopes of work, quotes, contracts, orders, master service and service level agreements are completed successfully and on time.

Qualifications
To be a successful SAE, you are a B2B hunter and closer with experience selling SaaS solutions or other software products and services to companies of various size and industries.  ​You should have experience with Inbound / outbound qualification, discovery calls, product demos, taking prospects through trials with a Sales Engineer, negotiating terms and closing the sale. Demonstrate a track record of over-achieving quota in past positions. You are an excellent communicator with strong cross-functional teamwork and leadership experience and proven success engaging various pre/post sales resources. You should have Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com™, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and be willingness and able to travel when necessary. 

​Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager plans, creates and executes marketing campaigns that will drive the growth and adoption of the iDialogue product. This role will set strategy and own programs that are designed to maximize brand awareness and drive consideration and purchase of our solution.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for advertising, social channels (Twitter @dlog, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages), webinar event planning, marketing campaigns, SEO and keyword optimization, and lead acquisition and conversion process.
  • Track and monitor campaign pipeline and leads in Salesforce™
  • Acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop marketing, branding and content strategy, and manage a healthy ongoing backlog of content to be developed
  • Work with internal team members to develop content for publication such as customer case studies, industry solutions, blogs, marketing campaign messages and routine updates to website.
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent branding and messages across all marketing programs.
  • Responsible for the paid marketing performance, including reviewing budgets, implementing strategy, execution, and optimization across online and marketplace channels.

​Document Solutions Engineer (Salesforce™ Document Lifecycle)
The Document Solutions Engineer (DSE) owns the design and implementation of document lifecycle solutions on the Salesforce™ platform and iDialogue. DSE builds and maintains demo environment and is a key contributor during the customer acquisition, onboarding and  service rendering process. 
Responsibilities
  • Build core product demos and client demos
  • Develops and updates online resources and documentation 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineers and Customer Success organizations in pre and post sales activities such as conducting product demos, ensuring successful customer onboarding and support.
  • Setup document templates and map tags to data sources
  • Setup and configure document room portals
  • Setup and configure iDialogue Lightning Experience components on Salesforce™ records
  • Configure Process Builder flows
Qualifications

The Front End Engineer owns the desktop and mobile user interfaces of the iDialogue product. This person is an integral part of our product development team and will contribute to the design, building and testing of cross platform product solutions.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architect and other team members in building and scaling a reliable and efficient web and mobile product in an Agile environment using sound UI/UX principles.

Responsibilities

The Site Reliability Engineer owns AWS infrastructure and end-to-end code deployment across Salesforce™ subscribers and AWS while ensuring and maintaining a highly secure and compliant hosting operations. This role is mission-critical in ensuring that critical systems are healthy, monitored, automated, and designed to scale.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project teams to deploy the approved product releases and builds and address issues promptly in the various environment as well as support reliability initiatives to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Responsible for Availability, Latency and Scalability Management.
  • Build and maintain automation pipelines for cloud and mobile apps.
  • Onboard applications to Public Cloud and analyze cloud-based workloads.
  • Responsible for creating, adapting and maintaining system configurations for applications.
  • Documentation of newly deployed environments for ongoing operational support.
  • Ensure security policies, procedures and best practices are followed, implemented and monitored.

Qualifications

Solutions Architect
The Solution Architect leads the design, planning and development activities that realize and advance the iDialogue product and business vision. It is a mission critical leadership role that maps the business vision to systems/technical deliverables. The Solutions Architect leads technical teams, collaborates with internal teams and external customers to ensures the successful market adoption of our product.
 Responsibilities
  • Design and develop architectural plan to meet iDialogue product roadmap.
  • Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure architectural plan alignments with customer expectations and market demands. 
  • Translates business and product goals into end-to-end requirements.
  • Assist sales organization in both pre and post sales activities.
  • Lead engineering team in the development of iDialogue product on the Salesforce™ platform.
  • Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframe.
  • Assist Customer Success Teams in defining and implementation backlog.
  • Attend internal Sprint meetings to ensure implementation delivery is aligned with customer expectations.
  • Create and maintains enterprise software development standards and best practices. Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximize the return on technology investment
 Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent job experience. Minimum 5 years of experience as solutions architect or technical leadership roles. Extensive technical experience in designing and developing highly scalable and secure SaaS software products for enterprise customers. Knowledge of architectural frameworks and the ability to produce effective design principles. Salesforce
™ Technical Architect certification or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels and ability to think strategically
